The performers play heightened versions of themselves in a scripted comedy built around their voices, tastes and ideas.
Secret Santa is a proof-of-concept pilot created by the Inclusive Performance Academy. It premiered in a cinema and was released online in December 2025. Fiona McKenzie and Jasper Sutcliffe co-wrote and directed it with the cast.
It is a comedy first: specific characters, real chemistry and the sort of chaos a gift exchange can bring.
